Order Processing and Shipping:

• We ship from Monday to Wednesday.
• After placing your order, we’ll schedule a shipping date within 1-2 business days.
• You’ll receive a delivery confirmation email once your order has shipped.
• We aim for convenient arrival dates.

Arrive Alive Guarantee:

• Our DOA policy covers fish that do not survive transit via overnight delivery.
• Contact us within one hour of delivery with clear photos and video of the unopened bag.
• Failure to follow these steps will void the DOA guarantee.

Important Information:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Our live arrival guarantee applies only to overnight shipping.
• The DOA policy does not cover shipper delays or mishandling.
• Be mindful of extreme temperatures/weather.

Claim Process:

• For DOA claims, we credit the cost of the fish (not shipping) toward a future purchase. Shipping costs will apply to replacements or future orders.
• If we don’t receive the required photos or video within the specified time frame, our live arrival guarantee will be void, and we will not issue replacements or credit.
